Complaint Notification Form
Anyone may submit a complaint to the Furry Friends Pet Assisted Therapy Services Board of Directors. This complaint may be used for the organization itself, an action of the organization, or a complaint regarding a volunteer and/or an animal associated with Furry Friends. The action that the complaint is about could have occurred at any event Furry Friends is hosting or attending, including site visitations.
